Moorings & Storage

We are pleased to offer craft mooring and storage at both our riverside venues. Craft moored or stored are for private and pleasure use only – no commercial activities other than those expressly approved by the River Stour Trust are permitted.

Rates:
Canoe Storage – £50
Boat Storage – £50
Floating Mooring – £12 per foot (minimum charge – £100)
Launch Privileges – £60

APPLICATIONS/RENEWALS

Apply/Renew by post/in person- You can download and print the required forms to send or give in person (see below) or contact us and we will send you the required forms.

  1. Download and read the 2012 Moorings and Storage Policy.
  2. Download, print and complete the 2012 Moorings & Storage Application Form (or contact us to request the form).
  3. Enclose the required fee with the completed form (please make cheque payable to ‘River Stour Trust).
  4. Send completed paperwork and payment to: The Granary Quay Lane, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 2AN or Visitor Education Centre, Dove House Meadow, Great Cornard, Suffolk, CO10 0GF

Apply/Renew online- A quick, straightforward and completely secure alternative to postal applications. We use PayPal to process online bank or card payments and your financial details are never shared.PayPal accepts payments from Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, Discover, American Express, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards. You do not need a PayPal account to use this facility.

  3. Upon successful completion of the online application you will be able to pay the fee online.
  4. We will confirm receipt of your application and payment as soon as possible.
