All named applicants desire to become a member of the Trust and hereby agree if elected, to be bound by all provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the said Trust.

YES, I would like the tax to be reclaimed on any eligible donations or membership subscriptions that I have made or will make to the River Stour Trust until further notice.

1. Please do not sign a Gift Aid declaration if you do not pay Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax.
2. Please remember to notify the River Stour Trust if you no longer pay an amount of Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax equal to the tax which will be reclaimed on your donations (25p for each £1).
3. Donors are entitled to notify the River Stour Trust of the cancellation of their declaration at any time.
