*UPDATE – TIER 4* Essex (excluding Colchester, Uttlesford and Tendring) has been moved into Tier 4 and travel into these areas is people in tiers 1, 2,and 3 are advised not to travel into the new tier 4 areas. Across all tiers the government has announced that people should now “stay local”.
