Tai Chi is gentle, fun and suitable for all ages and abilities – enabling everyone to work at their own pace. Tai Chi is increasingly being recommended by doctors as an effective way of maintaining good health. It enhances flexibility, balance and coordination.
One of the more important long-term effects of Tai Chi and Qigong is that it reestablishes the body/mind/soul connection.
