Forrest Yoga is a style of yoga based on the four pillars of breath, strength, integrity & spirit. This style encourages you to learn to breathe deeply & connect in feeling with your body, exploring some of its’ unique postures. Forrest yoga does not require strength or flexibility, only that you bring an open, curious mind.
