Pilates

Wednesdays: 5.45pm-6.45pm (9 June-14 July)

Pilates is a remarkably effective, and medically approved, comprehensive programme of exercises for both mat and machine work. I teach exercises by adapted from the “classical” repertoire developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1930’s. Pilates can work for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and the mat-work classes I run are particularly safe for those with back problems.
