YOGA – Mindful Yoga
A small class for attendees to receive personal attention. Basic principles of yoga are learned, to assist in working with aches and pains in the body.
The use of props including yoga bolsters for deep stretching, we will help the body unwind, lengthen and open up. And why not join us for an hour of Mindfulness Meditation thereafter?
