YOGA – Intermediate Hatha Yoga Flow
Yoga asana flow + crescendo posture using props for alignment and support. Learn shoulder-stand, handstand, arm balances, back-bends plus salute to the sun and salute to the moon.
Knowledge of your body and yogic principles are needed to participate. Pranayama is woven into the asana flow with additional breath work in the class.
