Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Members are sent the paperwork in advance of the AGM. This comprises Agenda, Draft Minutes (prior year’s AGM), Annual Accounts of the previous year, Ballot Form and Proxy Form.

Council Elections – Each year, Council elections take place at the AGM. Trustees retire by rotation and can offer themselves for re-election, Trustees co-opted onto Council hope to have their appointments confirmed and, should there be vacancies, Council nominations are invited from members of the Trust who wish to be elected to Council.

The 2020 AGM will be online via Zoom, which many people might already be familiar with since it became popular during the the first lockdown. This cloud-based video conferencing service enables users to virtually meet with others – either by video or audio-only or both. Refer to guidance and link to meeting below.
