Entries submitted after Midday on 01.11.22 will not be counted.
- Should any member submit multiple ballot forms then the most recently received supersedes all others.
- Only current members are entitled to vote to re-elect/elect members to serve as Trustees on the River Stour Trust Council.
- Couples must each submit their own ballot form.
Every current member shall have a vote as follows:

- Checking the box alongside a nominee puts forward a vote for that nominee.
- Blank boxes indicate abstention/no vote for that nominee.
