Volunteering
Volunteers are asked to
help with the following tasks:
Pre-event organisation
Overseeing delivery of
craft on the Friday night at The Granary/Scout Hut
Registration on Saturday
morning
Car parking at The Granary
on Saturday morning
Refreshments service at
The Granary and campsite on Saturday and Cattawade on Sunday
Lock operation at Great
Cornard on Saturday, Dedham and Flatford on Sunday
Portaging assistance at
various weirs and obstructions along the route
‘Check point’ duties
(logging craft in and out along the route)
Transportation (of
equipment and/or people)
Campsite warden to collect
camping fees and assist with general queries (Friday-Sunday)
